Saturday 5K Race Details

  • I have already registered for a race. Can I upgrade my registration to add the Saturday 5k and take part in the Double Up Challenge?
Yes, simply add/ register for the Saturday 5K, the events will be combined automatically on the back end for Double Up Challenge eligibility.
  • Course Limits
This is a fun run, so no official times will be given. Course will be open for 1 hour.
  • Water/Fuel Stops
The Saturday 5k includes 1 water stop where you can find water, electrolytes, energy chews, medical and toilets.
  • Strollers are Welcome
Strollers are welcome on the Saturday 5K course and asked to line up with the last corral for safety purposes.
  • Dogs Are Welcome
We’re opening up our Sunday 5K race to our runners’ canine companions. In other words, your dog is welcome to run this race distance with you!

Of course, to keep everyone happy and healthy, we had to put in place a few rules in order to guarantee everybody a race experience as great as it can be. To help us ensure safety on the course, we kindly ask that you follow these three simple rules:

    1. Please consider how your dog interacts with other people and dogs. If you’re not 100% sure about how your dog will react to your fellow runners and other dogs, please leave them at home and enjoy a run with them another time. Please note that you’re expected to stay toward the end of the pack and to clean up after your pet.

    2. If your pup is coming with you, please keep their leash as short as possible AT ALL TIMES, not just when you see or run with other participants.

    3. Your dog needs to stay leashed during the whole event while on-site.

We will have doggy aid stations at the finish line with plenty of water for the brave, victorious dogs! Race registration for your four-legged friend(s) is free; they can just show up and run.

Please note that at this time, the race is open only to dogs. We’re sure that your cat might be a sprinter and your parrot might love flying along but for the safety of everyone, enjoy their company during your shake-out run rather than during the main event.
