The 2011 Expo Seminar Series

RunnersFor the 2011 Expo The Biofreeze San Francisco Marathon is bringing in a range of amazing speakers. The Seminar Series gives people a chance to listen to personal stories of inspiration, of perseverance, and gives runners an opportunity to learn a great deal about the sport from the experts. The speakers are all running enthusiasts who are eager to share their journeys and their own relationship with running. This year the keynote Seminar Series Speaker and Host will be Bart Yasso who is a Chief Running Officer of Runner’s World Magazine, he will be discussing his book “My Life on the Run.” We are very proud to present all our speakers this year and urge you to go check out any and all that spark your interest.

-“It’s All in Your Head” with Sarah Stanley

-Running Evolution with Dr. Anthony Luke, The SF Marathon Medical Director

-Nutritionist Kaley Todd

-Meditation Specialist Jon Pratt

-Charity Chasers Dane Rauschenberg and Sam Felsenfeld

-Bart Yasso’s “My Life on the Run”

-Tim Borland who journeyed across the US running 63 marathons in 63 days and how he’s used his running as a vehicle for change.

-Dr. Jeff Shapiro on TrainingWell™

-Marshall Ulrich who ran across the US doing 117 back-to-back marathons

-David Deigan, a local expert on The Biofreeze San Francisco Marathon course
